Missing orders

I placed two orders with Sephora, and the representative confirmed a specific delivery date. However, they now claim my product was delivered earlier than expected. I was out of town since I wasn’t expecting the delivery that day. I immediately asked someone to collect the package, but there was nothing to pick up. Now, Sephora is telling me to contact CDL, which has been completely unresponsive.

This was my first time buying online, and it’s been a frustrating experience. I had previously tried to cancel my order due to delays, but suddenly they claim it’s been delivered. The second package was on the way 3 hours ago and now they updated that it’s delivered too but no proof of delivery I don’t know where they delivered. Stay away from Sephora online shopping because they are actually scamming people. They refuse to deliver it to my door, even though I specifically requested that. Instead, they leave it in the lobby. Sephora insists there’s nothing they can do, despite this being a high-value package. It’s extremely disappointing. They keep saying we are not able to help this and thats with them idk. Please refund me as soon as possible. I’m very upset with both the service and the carrier.
