Missing order

Refusing to help with my missing order (worth$1000). I have been rouge member for a long time. And thats how they are helping customer service agents left the chat without telling and On call they are repeating the same thing which is not helping at all. Sephora is telling me to contact fleet optics and other side fleet optics saying contact vendor for refund or replacement. This is stressing me out , I can’t afford to lose $1000.

I dislike this fleet optics!!!! Lost my shipment and had to reship my order and some items are already out of stock. There customer service is sooooo bad and they won’t respond at all!!! I’m so upset
