Missing order and missing 4 samples

I'm missing an order that was placed on the 17th and I recieved a package with my last two orders, combined but no samples. I selected the samples based on potential to purchase the full-sized products. Thanks a ton! I've emailed customer service a few minutes ago about this but I forgot to mention that my missing order originally had a hand cream set that still shows in stock online... That set was removed from my order but why is it still showing as available and in stock?
