Missing order and damaged product

Ord. No. 783xxxxxxx is missing, I checked the tracking and it says it was return to sender, the delivery man claims he show up twice and friday 17 and then again on Wednesday 22 , there is always someone at the address and I had 16 boxes delivered with no problems in November.Could u can send it back to me, it has a perfumen that cost over $100.00 and you haven't refund me that. ............................. Ord. NO.799xxxxxxx, one of the jars of the beauty aid cream has a broken lid and the product is spilled . Also this order was delayed over a week.......................................... Ord No. 7693xxxxxxx, this one is missing 1 product , the OLEHENRIKSEN vib trial set was not included in my box . ................................ Allmy orders placed on Nov 22 (3 total) did not included any sam ples

I had to call while I was in the U.S. and had everything cancelled. It doesn't matter now.
