Missing order, Replacement or refund denied

Hello Sephora Community,

 

I hope this message reaches you well. I'm facing a serious issue with my recent order (#) marked as delivered on Jan 24 at 8 AM, despite not receiving it. Despite reaching out to Sephora support, I've been informed that replacements or refunds are not possible due to the system confirming delivery without provider proper proof of delivery.

 

This situation is concerning, especially considering the security measures in place at my building, and I have no record of the delivery. Sephora support has mentioned that future orders will be at my own risk.

 

This response is unacceptable, and I'm seeking guidance from the community. Has anyone encountered a similar situation, and how did you resolve it? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.
