Missing or Lost Package

My package shipped supposedly on November 2, and the last update from Canada Post is from November 6, looks like it’s stuck in Mississauga, Ontario. I contacted them and they said the seller needs to take action…not sure what Sephora can do but just mentioning it here. Thanks!
