Missing online order

Hello,
I am writing in because an online order of mine never arrived. The tracking info says that it was delivered, however, I never received my package. 
I can confidently say that it was not stolen from the front door, because in the 12 years I have lived in that house, no package has been ever been stolen.

The reason that I am extremely frustrated about this is because my order arrived late, even though I had paid for flash shipping. My order was also shipped in two different boxes, had it been in one package, this could have been prevented. 

In the missing package I also had my rewards items that were 500 points. 
I hope that my missing items be reshipped, or I get a refund for both the money I spent as well as my points. 

I genuinely love buying from Sephora and I want to continue to give it my business. I hope that this issue can solved.
