Missing nars lipstick

I ordered sephora makeup and choose sleigh bag but didn’t not got nars lipstick. This is not first time happened.. most of the time you guys just don’t right samples but this time missing in bag . Please make sure before shipping that every item is in bag.

This happens to me almost every time. Very disappointing and I usually end up buying a full size when they do send them so that sucks for everyone
