Missing my gift wrapping and message!!

I purchased a product from Sephora and asked for gift wrapping and message, but it was delivered without gift wrapping and message!!

I paid five dollars. I was sending a graduation present to my friend's daughter!!

I will wait for your reply to see how Sephora will solve this problem.
