Missing main item from purchase

I ordered Kat Von Ds Lock it Foundation Kit after running out of my favorite foundation and when I open my package the actual foundation is nowhere to be seen. I received the Play box i had a promo for and some samples (not the 1s I ordered but at least I got 2 of 3 samples) even got the setting spray and powder but no foundation.

I replied to your PM however someone your customer service agent has made this even more of an inconvenience by sending the wrong shade even though i specified my shade as directed
