Missing items

This is my first order with Sephora. Ordered almost 610 dollars worth or stuff with 2 Gucci free samples. I received only my eye shadow palette. I even have the video recorded of me opening the package. This is sooo disappointing. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AND WILL CONVEY THE SAME TO MY FRIENDS.

 

600 dollars might be a joke to this company but we are common people. I need my products or my money. This is what you give me when I put my trust on you?
