Missing items

My order,  arrived last Friday. However, only one of the items I ordered was in the box. I ordered Shiseido's white lucent cleansing foam, but it never arrived.

Before calling customer service you can look in your order history and see if it was shipped separately or cancelled. If it was cancelled then give customer service if you see that it is still in stock.

Was the missing item listed in your shipping invoice @MegSmith1? If it wasn't, it is likely that it shipped separately. If it is, you may want to call CS at 1(877)SEPHORA for immediate assistance.
