Missing items in online order

Hello,

 

I ordered and was charged for 2 quantities of the Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment but only received one in my package. I'm not sure how I can go about proving this as it shows I received both items in my invoice.
