Missing items in my order

Two products were missing in my package. 😞 I don't know how to contact the customer service since it's been saying it's unavailable for the past 3 days. Please let me know what I should do!

I'm sorry to hear about this! It looks like your private messages are turned off. You can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). Please send me a private message with your order number and names of the missing items.
