Missing items in 500 pt. Beauty box AND ordered IT cosmetics sample set

I am so disappointed that I did not receive all of the four items promised in my Laura Mercier 500 PT. beauty box. Only 2 of 4. At the same time, I also ordered an IT cosmetics sample set and that was not included in my delivered order either, despite both being checked off as complete on the order form contained with in the box. I emailed Sephora about this over 24 hours ago and have not heard back. Sephora? Can you help a loyal customer? Thanks!
