Missing items from my sephora order

Wow, I just found out Sephora Community have a lot of useful information.I made some purchases during the VIBR sale last year, which is the beginning of November. There is a order has two missing items. I thought it was a problem with the post office but I just found out this happened again with my recents order. Is there anything I can do since it's was almost half year ago. I really wish Sephora could solve this problem because I made a lot of purchases during the sale, I might not check every single item super carefully. I'm so disappointing this happened again.
