Missing item

I received my order and it is missing an item (SEPHORA COLLECTION Long Lasting Eyeliner High Precision Brush). I checked my order receipt online and I did pay for the missing item. Also there was no printed copy of the order summary in the box. Very disappointed and concerned...is there any way the missing item can be refunded or re-shipped? Thanks in advance.
