Missing item

Hi, 

so I placed an order on the app, in this order I ordered the new glow recipe hue drops.

Although when I picked the package up the hue drops were not inside.

I am also quite sure I paid for them.

I am kinda sad since I was originally supposed to get them yesterday but then the package was not able to be delivered so instead I had to go to pick the package up.

I am very sad and would like to get the hue drops soon since that was the main reason I placed this order.
