Missing item

I received my online order but when I opened my package it was missing one of my Fenty Beauty lip glosses. I reached out to Customer service on FB messenger and although they send very accommodating at first they turned the table on me by stating they would not be refunding or replacing the item I already paid for that THEY FORGOT TO PUT IN THE BOX. I was furious!! I didn't realize Sephora is in the business of stealing their customers hard earned money. The box was not tampered with at all. This was the 1st time I'd ever had an issue and they did nothing to resolve it although I've been a member since 2017. Very disappointed!!

They do not care because if they did, I would either have my product or my money and I have neither. It's simple for Sephora to say we cannot do this or do that and if that's the policy, ensure proper you have quality controls in place. Have someone confirm what's being placed into a customer's box before sealing/closing it. Absolutely disgusted!!
