Missing item

Greetings,

 

I  received my online order on September 11th but I wasn't able to open my parcel until last week, so apologies for the lateness of the report.

I found out that I was missing the "KVD Beauty Tattoo Liner Vegan Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner - Trooper" as well as one of the free samples (Tom Ford Traceless Soft Matte Foundation). 

 

Please let me know how I can claim this missing item or get a refund if it's out of stock.
