Missing item

Hi I just received my order, and my dermalogica mask is not in the box!! It is in my receipt and in my order confirmations but it’s not in the box. I double and triple checked. I’m assuming it’s because it sold out?? But I shouldn’t have been billed for it or it shouldn’t have been confirmed! I’m so confused.
