Missing item

I got my first package today, and it was missing 1 out of 2 items in it. It says both products should be in the same package on the package slip. I've been charged for both products and shipping plus taxes all the way to Norway. Also I read many other posts regarding the same subject. Is something going on with your workers at the warehouse? Are they stealing? This is my first shopping experience ever from Sephora and this does sertainly not heighten your chances of ever getting an order from me again of I don't receive the missing product asap.
