Missing item twice

Hi, I bought The IT Cosmetics CC+ Kit online and received without CC cream. I went to the store to tell my problem and hoped i could pick up cc cream at store ( because the color i wanted is sold out online). I didn’t know what these staffs discussed on the phone and they said that they would reship another one for me and they took the set back in stead of allowing me pick the cc cream at that time (i had to wait 30’ and went back with no result). And today, i received the 2nd box, and NO cc cream AGAIN. Missing forever. How can i do right now?. I already called to the customer service and they said they can’t ship the cc cream with the color i want cause it’s sold out. The only way i can do is go to the store, return the kit and buy again. Guy, i don’t have much free time do to this.
