Missing item on my order, AGAIN

hi there,

I received my order and I couldn't find 'SEPHORA COLLECTION Colorful Eyeshadow - COLOR Morning Freshness' in my order box. How could this happen to me again? I didn't get any cancellation email and it's clearly on my invoice so it seems like you just forgot to send me. what should I do??? can you help me?
