Missing item in order

Hi there,

I made multiple purchases and had 2 orders combined in one and shipped together. However, I’m missing the item, the Glow Recipe Blackberry Retinol Serum. Both orders show the same tracking number but within the package I received only one. 

I filmed an unboxing video and showed the tracking labels as well. If there’s anywhere I can send it, please let me know.

Sorry for the late reply, I’m unable to reply to your dm for some reason. I’ve started one with you but the app/website keeps generating an error when I try to reply, and I also couldn’t create a new dm to reply to your item replacement message. Thought I’ll tru answering here instead.

 

Yes, the same address. I've noticed the item is out of stock online. Would it be possible to reship when it's available online again or is pickup in store a possibility, as it shows in stock for my area.
