Missing item in order

Hi there,

I made multiple purchases and had 2 orders combined in one and shipped together. However, I’m missing the item, the Glow Recipe Blackberry Retinol Serum. Both orders show the same tracking number but within the package I received only one. 

I filmed an unboxing video and showed the tracking labels as well. If there’s anywhere I can send it, please let me know.
