Missing item in order

My box came in but 1 item is missing. Its the urban decay eyebrow pencil. Everything is on the and the invoice says items that show can be shipped separately but I've waited about a week now and still nothing. It's a $20 piece.  This is the pic of my orderScreenshot_20171217-112626.png

@Anonymous I suggest calling customer service and letting them know that the item is missing. It seems that they have been having this issue alot lately. Im sure they can help!!
