Missing item in box shipped from Sephora

I ordered several items, and they came in two different shipments. One item is missing. It is listed in the invoice included inside as being in the box with 3 other items. However, it is not there. It is not in the other shipment box either. What does it mean? Backordered or cancelled? Or they just forgot to include it? I wrote an email to customer service but it seems it will be hard to prove that item was not in the box because the invoice states that it was. The price of the item is $25.

Same issue, 2 items are missing from my order. 2 main items are missing.

This is what I got delivered - picture attached

And I attach my invoice too.

What is missing, is item #1 and #3 from invoice, the eye pencil and a sculp scrab. 

What should I do?
