Missing item - in a kit?!

After playing tag with UPS for several days, I received my youth to the people super glow hydration duo! Unfortunately for me, it is just a hydration UNO as the full size moisturiser is missing. Any suggestions on how to get this resolved would be amazing! I haven’t found anything helpful on the app.
