Missing item from package

Im trying to get a hold of costumer service. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and for some strange reason the fed ex driver did not find my home. Today I got the news they did delivered. I was excited to open the package. Only to find out the only product I was most excited about (rare beauty liquid blush) was not inside with the rest of the items I had paid for. 

I want to know what happened did it get lost on the way?was it not packaged? I have the order list where it shows the products I paid for which includes the blush from rare beauty. how can costumer service help me to get the product I’m missing in ny package?
