Missing item from order

I received my order days before and I was missing one item I have purcahsed. The receipt did not include the item as well.

Hi,

Thanks for you reply. I want to reply you but got error said "You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later."  I missed Kiehl's Since 1851Bright Delights ITEM 2123347.
