I recently got an order, however to my dismay I am missing one of the items that I ordered and paid for. I have never had an issue with shopping online before, pretty disappointed.

Call and let CS know. That happened with one of my eyeliners a couple of weeks ago and they were really nice and got it shipped right out to me.
