Missing item from bag

I recently bought Fenty beauty and NARs lipstick from a Sephora store. When i checked the bag later, one lipstick was missing. They charged me for 5 products but only put 4 in the bag. When i went back to the store they are saying they put in 5 but where is the proof? I have shopped so many times at Sephora and this is the first time it happened which is totally unacceptable. They are not ready to admit they put in just 4 items instead of 5.
