Missing item and Sephora won't refund me / replace it



I ordered 6 items, and also used some of my points to get cosmetic samples.

And my order came today.


However, 3!!!! of my items, the 1.2 inches Dyson Airwrap Long barrel were missing from the box.


I contacted customer service and they told me that, due to a policy, they cannot refund or replace items that were sent to a forwarded address. I don't understand what classifies my address as a forwarding address?


I am just an employee at the company and wanted to receive my own items. And I have used the address for months.

Company employees CANNOT receive products to the company address?


It is unfair for Sephora to blame the customer for missing a product even at the time of shipment.

It is over 120 dollars. Why should I take it to my own risk?


And my close friends are also experiencing a lot of omissions in regards to the recent Sephora order.

Obviously there is a problem with the warehouse, and it is unreasonable to pass this on to the customer.


Has anyone had any problems with this?

I would really like to either get my money back or receive the product that I paid for.
