Missing item & refusal of reshipment/refund

I’m so disappointed with the supervisor from the customer service ,

I ordered $540 worth of skincare  and hair products and one perfume , later on I receive my package and notice I got someone else is order I call Sephora and I ship the product back due to high volume it was their fault is what the customer service representative said she also said I was going to get refund. 
later days pays I get a email saying I will not be refunded due to multiple returns but I only have return products twice 

it’s crazy to think they will just shut the door on you and keep the money 

well that’s exactly what happen 

I call Sephora and to let them know what’s the next step for me to get my money back before the THANKSGIVING and the supervisor clear said to me 

I will not be refunded or get my products back 

and no one else can help me because it’s out of his reach 

I’m sooo disappointed I honestly don’t know what to do im just frustrated  I wasted $540 dollars to Sephora and I don’t get my money back  or no product that is just crazy to me  , can someone help me 😞   #cutomerservice #help  #missing order

Contact your bank or credit card company and dispute the order. If you have proof of what you ordered vs what you received, there should be a resolution either way.
