Missing item & refusal of refund/reshipment

I am absolutely horrified and lost for words with Sephora’s customer service. 

I am missing an item and one was wrong size from my order. I got an email today stating that the issue I had was “extremely uncommon” and they are unable to do a reshipment/refund which is obviously a lie. I have seen a lot of complains here where they had the same issue/s. I’d rather do business with company that cares about their customers. What a shame!
