Missing gift card balance

Hello,

I added a gift card I received for Christmas on my account, but then when I went to check out, I saw it'd been deleted, and I don't have the physical card anymore 😞

Is there any way to get it back on my account or have I just lost my Christmas gift?

The same thing happened to me, they wont' give me my money so I'm out $200.  This looks like a class action law suit in the making to me, maybe we should contact them.

The same thing happened to me, $80 gone. 2 customer service agents said there’s nothing they can do.

If a billion dollar company rather pocket my $80 then do right by a loyal customer, I’ll no longer be buying any of my products from Sephora.

Same thing happened to my daughters. $225 worth of gift cards that had no balance. Sephora has said, "sorry...not our problem"

They 100% should make it easier to store gift cards, like seriously... How do they expect us to order from them after we lose that money.

@amako, I'm so sorry to hear this! Please kindly note that the checkout area is not designed to store gift cards for future use. The gift card should be entered as a payment method once you're ready to place the order. At this time, there is a Saved Payments section in the Account Settings, and this is only designed to store credit/debit cards for future use. 

If the gift card was purchased from Sephora and you have the receipt, we may be able to look up the gift card number. Or, if you happened to use part of the gift card previously in an online order or store purchase, and have the order number or receipt. I regret that without these details, we don't have a way to look up the gift card number, and I apologize for the trouble!
