Missing free samples

On at least 5 different occasions I have not received my free samples. Sometimes I get 1/3 others none at all. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

It happened to mine package today. I received 6 packages in the past 2 weeks and 2 of them didn’t come with free samples 😞 sadly...

@TP88 It’s not unheard of, unfortunately. My last order didn’t have any samples included either. I double-checked my order and I definitely selected three, so not sure why it happens.

@TP88 I got samples but not the ones I requested!  I ended up with some that I would never use, sadly.

I took advantage of the 20% off this weekend and got 4 packages.  First one actually had both my samples-I was amazed.  The second one had 1 of them and some random (not even close) other one, the third came today and had NO samples at all.  Can't wait to see what will be (not) lurking in the last package, due tom'w.  

 

Don't know why Sephora bothers with the farce of allowing us to "choose" samples we'd like to try when we rarely get them.  Just be honest, admit that we'll get 2 (ha!) completely random samples, whatever you happen to have around.  I've posted about this issue several times, nothing changes.  Instead of the CS people contacting us to apologize and offer points, try getting the warehouse to stock what they claim to have on your website!  However well meant the apologies are, it's better to not aggravate your customers in the first place.  Get someone to stay on top of what's in stock and update the choices accordingly.  It's really infuriating to not get my choices, yet still see them listed on the site as available.  Setting the customer up for disappointment is NOT good business!
