Missing free sample on online order

Hi,

I have just received my online order and I am missing my two free samples. All I got was an empty small plastic bag. I received the rest of my order minus the two free samples of perfume. Not sure if anyone else had the same issue.

What happens if you are missing samples? I’m only missing one but when you spend so much money it’s kind of disappointing. Especially when you wait for something you actually want to try. I know some samples can be out of stock but if that was the case I wasn’t given a replacement.

The same thing happend to me today 😔 2 out of the 3 samples were missing.  The perfume ones.  My packaging also looked totally tampered with...I am guessing it happend during shipping? Kind of  disappointed as it's my first online order..

I'd like to know too..is this a regular occurrence? Ive heard it is with the samples?What about someone else opening your package before it's handed to you by shipping? Has either of this happend to anyone else?  I mean, shouldn't we all be able to trust the shipping company and their employees?
