Missing cyber sampler bag

Things happen I know , but I purposely waited to order because I wanted to snag the cyber sampler bag with purchase !  Just received my order and NO cyber sampler bag.  I call customer support where I am told there is nothing they can do as this was a free gift with purchase.  Where I explained I did purchase over that amount that was required I just need my missing item sent.  She said she could not do that and offered to add point to my account !   I don’t understand why they can’t just mail the sampler bag out !  This is so frustrating. Anyone else have this happen ?

Thank you for responding.  I received an email saying it was shipping but when I went to check the tracking number on Sephoras site it now says cancelled ?
