Missing birthday item with online purchase got another item instead

I ordered online some things as well as my free birthday gift (Bite beauty lip kit) but when I got my order everything came but the birthday gift instead I got a UD setting spray that I didn't order. Is the lip kit sold out online? Can I still get it if go to the store. And what do I do with the free setting spray.
