Missing before christmas

Hi there! I've never shopped online with sephora before and now i don't think i want to ever again, I thought there would be more benefit to shopping online and having my gifts sent straight to my house for holiday but NOW it's missing items from my order....

My "Be merry" samples bag and 3 samples I had chosen didn't arrive.

And those were meant to be stocking stuffers for someone. Now i've seen a LOT of people have had issues with there samples or whatnot not showing up. Why? Why before xmas? How complicating
