Missing bday gift

Hi good evening. I just received my birthday gift at the Sephora store in Brea Mall. I noticed that the Laura Mercier powder was in there however the caviar stick eye color pencil was missing. I’ve been reading and noticed that it’s happened to quite a bit of people is this normal that there are pieces missing to birthday gifts? #lauramercier
