Missing and wrong samples

I was a little dissatisfied when my order came and I had only gotten one sample when I had ordered two, not only that it was the wrong sample. A little disappointed when I spent around a hundred dollars on an order for only a few items. I understand that they would’ve been out of stock but this has happened to me and my sister both a few times and it’s gotten to the point where it’s a little annoying.

I'm sorry to hear this! Samples can be substituted, but they should not be missing entirely. I'll send you a message shortly.

Same happening to me as well. I am not receiving the samples that I selected.
