Missing an item from recent order

I just order a few items for the VIB sale, and just received my package this morning but when I opened it I noticed one of the items in my cart is missing. I order the Kat Von D lipstick in double dare ; and I'm so confused to what to do next. Is there a way I can get a refund since my item was not included or I can just go to the store and showed them that this particular item was not sent to me. I do not want to make a big deal out this situation, but I did trying calling customer service and could not get a hold of anyone to know what I should be expected to do.

call customer service or message them on facebook(That's what I did after 3 days with no response here and crazy wait times on the phone.) They got back to me within 3 hours to fix it.

I messaged them on Facebook and received help. I suggest people try that.
