Missing all 3 samples in 2 different ordres?

I places 2 separate orders last week, and both orders were missing all 3 samples. I understand they're just samples but to have chosen a total of 6 different samples and not to receive any? I'm just wondering if there is anything that can be done about this? I know things run out or whatever but nothing was even there as a replacement yet were both listed on both receipts.
