Missing/Wrong samples

There should be a disclaimer at the top of the sample selection advising that you may not get what you select. I made several orders during the sale, 2 orders came with no sample so 4 were missing and 3 were substituted. I feel bad complaining about free samples but I made certain orders when I did because I was more excited for the samples (Tom Ford-wood(sub),fabulous(sub),electric cherry(missing),fume(missing), Dior-Sauvage(missing)and a Skylar-vanilla sky(sub)) than what I was buying. I hesitate to complain but I would have waited to make certain purchases if not for the samples offered and there should be a clear indication when selecting samples that substitutions are standard practice. I was not expecting to get anything other than what I selected and certainly didn't expect nothing. So disappointing that, sadly, it lessened the joy of receiving the items I actually purchased, resulting in the  feeling of a negative experience.

Hi @skincarae Sorry to hear about this. Substitutions will be made for out-of-stock samples.
