Missing VIB Rouge gift from order.

I placed an online order on the 18th and it included the Urban Decay VIB Rouge gift set. The gift set is listed on my invoice but I received a lipstories Sephora card instead? Quite disheartening because I placed this order as soon as I received the email about the Urban Decay VIB Rouge gift so it was definitely not sold out when my card was charged. What is going to be done to rectify this?
