Missing Survey Points

Hello, I received a survey via email months back and was supposed to receive 100 points after completing the survey. I took the survey but never received the points. I already reached out via chat but the person I spoke with said he couldn’t credit me the points. I’d hate to have taken the survey for nothing as it was a long 10-minute survey and I wasted my time. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
