Missing/Stolen package!

I came home from a trip and was expecting my package to arrive as stated in the expected delivery date in the app. It was my first order from the sephora app for my birthday. The shipping details stated that it had arrived earlier than expected, but I didn't receive any notification of some sort. It said my package arrived, but I don't have it. I believe it might have been stolen. What can I do?
